How does it work?
How early should I order my crates before I move?
Most customers reserve their boxes 1-2 weeks before their move to ensure everything is reserved, but we also accommodate next-day deliveries as well. Please call us about same-day deliveries at 1-855-4-ECO Pak.
What moving supplies and moving crates does Greenway have?
We rent or sell almost all the moving crates and moving supplies you’ll need for your move. Our moving supplies include: moving crates, moving dollies, wardrobe boxes, hand trucks, lifting straps, and packing supplies like packing paper, bubble wrap, and packing labels.
What are the Greenway Crates dimensions?
The outside crate dimensions are 27.2″ in length, 16.6″ in width and 12.5″ high, with a total capacity of 2.5 cubic feet. You can pack a lot of stuff in these crates.
How can I confirm my drop off and pickup times?
When placing your order you select the drop off and pick up times that work for you. We’ll send you an email confirming your order, and we’ll contact you the day before your scheduled drop off or pick up to confirm the exact arrival time so you’re never left in the dark. You can also contact us if you have questions.
How do I cancel my order?
Please contact us. if you need to cancel your order or to arrange for a different drop off or pickup date and time. We understand that life sometimes throws curve-balls and we’re happy to either work out a different schedule or to cancel an order entirely. For a total refund, cancellations must be made a full 48 hours prior to the earliest original requested drop off date and time. We reserve the right to levy a 25% charge for orders cancelled without 48 hours’ notice.
How do I pay?
You can pay with your credit/debit card online using our secure checkout or we can take your payment information over the phone. All transactions are processed securely.
Do you clean the crates?
Absolutely – keeping your goods clean is a top priority and we understand your need for cleanliness and safety. We take pride in our services and in ensuring that our green moving boxes are thoroughly sanitized before they are sent on to a new customer. After each move, all crates are thoroughly sanitized inside and out.
Can you also move my stuff?
No, we do not offer moving services, but we’ll gladly provide a recommendation of movers we trust. Drop us a line or give us a call.
What if I want to add more crates to my order after the first delivery?
No problem at all! Just let us know how many more moving boxes you need, as well as any additional packing supplies or moving equipment, and we’ll deliver them ASAP. Additional boxes are charged based on the package price difference, plus an additional delivery fee of $25.
What if I don’t use all of my crates, can I get reimbursed?
Sorry, but no. While we’re happy to provide you with any number of moving crates and packing supplies you might need, once they’re in your hands, that’s all we can do. The best advice is to plan correctly to ensure you order the right quantity of crates and supplies. Be sure to read our pricing details page for suggestions on how many crates to order. You can always give us a call if you’re really unsure how many crates you should order.
Do I need to be home for the drop off and pick up of the Greenway Crates?
Yes, someone should be at your chosen drop off point to take delivery of your moving crates and packing supplies. You or your representative will also need to be present when we return to pick up your Greenway Crates. Either the renter or an authorized signer over the age of 18 needs to be present for both the drop off and pick up of the moving crates and moving supplies.
